We use your information to provide and improve Tesserae, authenticate users, process workspace payments, send service-related communications, and support wedding planning workflows you choose to use.
4. Payment processing
Workspace unlock payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment confirmation and limited billing metadata from Stripe but do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that help us operate Tesserae (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) under contractual obligations to protect your data. Wedding workspace data may be visible to members you invite.
6. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices
You can update account details in your profile settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
9. Children
Tesserae is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
