How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] and a real person will get back to you, usually within one business day. Include the email address on your Tesserae account so we can find your workspace quickly.
How does the free trial work?
Every wedding workspace starts with a 7-day free trial with full access — guests, budget, vendors, invitations, and the wedding website. No credit card is required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace locks but nothing is deleted. Your data is kept for 30 days, and a one-time $555 unlock restores full access instantly — no subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right. Payments are processed by Stripe, so refunds land back on the original payment method.
Can I invite my partner, family, or wedding planner?
Yes — a workspace supports multiple members with roles (partner, planner, family helper). Invite them from the workspace settings, and everyone works on the same guest list, budget, and timeline.
How do guests RSVP?
Each guest gets a secure personal link on your wedding website or invitation email. They can RSVP, pick meals, and answer your custom questions — everything lands directly in your guest list.
Where is my data stored, and can I export or delete it?
Data is hosted in the EU. You can export your guest list as CSV anytime, and you can request a full export or deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]. Guest data is only used to run your wedding — never sold or used for advertising.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment details never touch our servers — all payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor.
