1. Agreement
By creating a Tesserae account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Tesserae.
2. The service
Tesserae provides wedding planning tools including workspace organization, guest management, vendor research, budgeting, invitations, and related features. We may update or improve the service over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Workspace trial and payment
Each wedding workspace includes a free trial period with full access. After the trial ends, continued access to that workspace requires a one-time unlock payment shown at checkout. Payment applies per workspace, not per user account. Fees are processed by Stripe and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Tesserae, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add to Tesserae. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your invited collaborators.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using Tesserae you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Tesserae is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Wedding planning decisions remain your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesserae and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
